Ball Valves - Appliance, Isolation, Meter Control

The ball valves are bottom-loaded stem designed. The" anti-blow out" stem also prevents tampering with the internals of the valve when in line. The valves have a double seal with fluoroelastomer O rings and can be supplied with butterfly handles, lever handles or with locking caps. Handles can be printed in local language with customer's logo.

Brass Meter Union Adapters

A range of adaptors for most type of meters with male taper threadings or copper female endfeed or pre-soldered. The cap nut in a range of sizes and threaded patterns with washers.

Filters/Strainers

Y type with stainless steel mesh for general straining of gas. ½" to 2". T type for fitting into compact screwed assemblies.

Domestic Meter Regulators

Standard Feature: Under pressure cut off valve at 11 mbar. Safety re-pressurization device incorporated.

Meter Bracket

Made of superior quality steel and zinc electroplated to protect against weather corrosion. Can be supplied to suit most meter sizes.

Stainless Steel Flexible (Anaconda)
With stainless steel end-connections supplied in ½" or ¾". Custom designed braided stainless steel hoses for appliances & for commercial connections.

Copper Tubes & Fittings

Copper tubes to EN 1057 form 15mm to 54mm with endfeed or integral solder type capillary fittings. All accessories like solder wire & flux & toolings like benders, cutters, torches available.

Installation Kits

ABC can supply the meter and all items for meter installation duly packed in boxes for ease of installation at site.

Kiosks & Assemblies

Above ground GRP housing with locking systems to be installed on a wall or as stand-alone. Single, Twin, By-pass provision with PE inlet, steel outlet complete with Ball valves, Filters, Test points. PI Max 4 bar - PO max 75 mbar OPSO - Limited Relief on valve.
